When does an urgent care not have the best resources for a patient's illness or injury?
If something is out of our scope, we give report and transfer patients safely and quickly to the best hospital for proper treatment. At the same time, we only recommend and order things like CT scans and ultrasounds for example, when patients actually need them.
Do I need to make an appointment or should I just walk in?
While you may pre-register before you are seen, please feel free to walk in without setting up an appointment.

Can I get a doctor’s note for my urgent care visit?

Do you offer primary care services too?
Yes! Many of our patients seek to establish a medical relationship with a professional and dedicated physician who has helped them in with an urgent case. You can make an appointment for primary care, any time of day, any day of the year, including holidays!
I live out in the county, why would I drive to Creve Coeur or even Downtown Urgent Care?
Even if you live outside the city limits, you'll likely be waiting for hours when in that time, you could get to us in a fraction of the time. Not to mention your copay is going to be a fraction of the ER copay.
What other services do you provide?
We strive to address the need for affordable healthcare not only for individuals, but also for employers that wish to offer their employees better access to preventative and curative healthcare, but without the big price tags they're used to at the expensive hospital systems and nationally-owned companies.
